More seals?? Skill stacking?

Hello reader,
with the recent add-in of Seal quests, the icons for each Seal quest bunch has a skill icon on them. Will we be able to earn those skills as seals? They’re quite useful ones at that and if so, I’d like to imagine double stacked Fury 3.
“+6 to all stats (except health) and -12 health at the end of each engagement”
The skill doesn’t say anything like “only the highest value applies” so I’m hopeful.
