Moonbow or Bonfire for Nephenee?

Have a +Def -Res Nephenee. Which one is the best option to deal more damage on the Black Knight for the Tempests? And also for Arena. She is running my Quickened Pulse too.

Go bonfire, after TT buffs her Def is at 41, which is great for bonfire

Definitely Bonfire. Every time Bonfire triggers with a Fury 3 +Def Nephenee, that's 20 extra damage. With Wrath, that's 30. That's a pretty crazy amount when it can proc near every turn.
