M!Kana Y!Tiki Balance thoughts

I find it odd that M!Kana and Y!Tiki have almost identical stats, Tiki's optimal speed boon bringing her to an identical 33 speed even, and M!Kana is even a 'better' color, yet M!Kana is rated 4.5* while Y!Tiki is 5* on the gamepress strength rating. I like Y!Tiki better than M!Kana, but it seems like since they fulfill the same role with the same stats, they should be ranked the same. Just curious to hear y'all's thoughts

I think it's probably because of two things:

1. Tiki (Y) can be merged significantly more. Sure it'd be hard to get enough copies of her to have this be a notable factor, but still.

2. Kana (M) has a lot more competition. Tiki (Y) only has to compete with her adult form, and both are pretty different stat-wise. Meanwhile, Kana has to content with Corrin (F) and Nowi, who are both extremely potent dragons in their own right and highly mergeable. I don't know if this would affect his rating, but it's just my theory as to why Tiki might be rated higher.

Probably because Y!Tiki can have more merges than M!Kana. Granted, she's a 5* exclusive (don't even ask me why), but it's still possible.

I don't think any GHB unit has been rated 5/5, not even Arvis (he's like 3.5 or something).

M!Kana might have the highest rating of any GHB unit.

Interesting! I think Arden might tie him at 4.5, but it's sort of a wonder that Arden couldn't make 5* with his busted stats. Like you say, perhaps it's because of the lack of merging potential that they don't get 5*

Outside of Burger King.

Kana(M) has too many other choices for blue. Granted, he's still probaly the best GHB unit realsed so far. But merges and Ivs give other dragons a edge over him

There's two reasons that i think why M!Kana is lower than Y!Tiki

The First is their Colour.
Red Dragon units unlike Blue Dragon Units are really only composed of two units, both of which are Tikis and Y!Tiki unlike her adult counterpart has a higher overall Stat line with the only thing that A!Tiki has is her accesability to Lightning breath and that her Def is ever so slightly higher than her Young counterpart.
Blues on the other hand has a lot more competition. Kana has to compete with a Dragon that's also a Dancer, A Dragon that has a distant counter weapon and his Mother Dragon who has niche skillset that i cant really explain but its enough that she's used more in higher arena Tiers

The Second Reason is accessibility and Merging potential.
M!Kana unlike Y!Tiki is a GHB Unit which means that you really can only get up to Three copies of them that you can merge which while it's easier to get M!Kana that way as you really just check youtube and use some guides to finish said GHB it also mean that you can only get up to three M!Kana. While Y!Tiki on the hard is much much more harder to get as not only you as she is a Five Star exclusive with the pool, she's also in the red section which has numerous other Five star in the pool and really the only way to get her alot is to completely whale on the game but because she's available in the pool that means she can be merge up to +10 making her a much preferable cause she can be brought to her full potential if you have enough patience and orbs

Kana is a GHB unit, thus making him not as available, while tiki is a 5* exclusive, which isnt that much better, but she has ivs

I actually plan on replacing my Nowi with MKana in my dragon emblem team. And I never used Y!Tiki at all, mostly because I didn’t get her until much later on. A!Tiki is far superior in my opinion, even if she is far slower. She tanks more, and hits just as hard. Her lack of speed can be replaced with QR, so I am not concerned about speed.
