Mixing skills for Felicia

I started training up a Felicia that has Spd+/Def-, but I'm missing a bunch of key skills and I won't be able to utilize any builds to their full potential due to starting out late into Fire Emblem Heroes. Therefore, I want an opinion on this build of Felicia which mixes and matches some skills to make her stand a chance. Anything with parenthesis means I have an extra 5-star of this unit.

Rogue Dagger+
Draw Back
Glacies
Fury 3/ Swift Sparrow(Ayra) / Resistance +3 / Distant Defense 3(Rhajat)
Seal Speed 3/ Guard 3(Leon) / Desperation 3
Hone Speed 3

The Sacred Seal I'll leave up to everyone to decide. Also, would it hurt to promote her to 5-star?

Hello!

These are some good ideas for Felicia. I'd keep in mind that she will mostly be left in range of a mage to kill them on the counter, so initiation-based skills like swift sparrow aren't going to be that useful. Distant Def if you can afford it would be great on her. Desperation again is initiation-based so we'll leave that alone. Seal Speed imo is redundant, since a +spd Felicia will already be doubling most mages except the likes of Nino maybe. Guard is a good option but I'd recommend Vantage so she can continue letting Distant Def activate and still get the kill anyway.

Of course, if you have a more aggressive playstyle with Felicia (hard because of her low attack) you'd have to do pretty much the opposite of what I said.

The Breath of Life seal can stack with the healing from her innate C skill, making her a potent healer. Hone Spd is also a very good option though! For stuff like chain challenges and the tempest, BoL is very helpful.

5*-ing a unit never hurts! But in her case it might be better to keep her a 4* and then keep merging to get a +10, which would be stronger than a 5* alone.

Rogue Dagger is very situational I think? She doesn't care for the extra def and even more res is somewhat overkill. A smoke dagger, or even her own silver dagger is perfectly fine. But if you want a good ployer, feel free to go the rogue dagger route!

I built a neutral IV Felicia with spd+3 and she's pretty fast so I think a better investment would be attack +3 considering with a res forged silver dagger+ dagger at 5* she only reached 37 attack also defence ploy would be a good C skill for her if you have an Arvis to spare and if you're planning on using rogue dagger fury sort of wears away at her durability so if you're willing to go all in distance defense would be better for a tankey build and lastly for b you can go poison strike for the extra chip or gaurd for even better magic walling capability your choice

I have Felicia with the same ivs. Fury definitely works well on her and it’s probably better than swift sparrow purely because Felicia likes tanking in the enemy phase and with rogue dagger the extra speed won’t matter much since she’ll want to focus on landing that one hit to finish them. Rogue dagger should be fine, I built up the feathers for poison dagger and personally I regret it just cuz I use the silver dagger more because refinery has the res variant, but either should work and that’s something you can change depending on your needs and teams.
I would say go guard for the b slot but that doesn’t work well with fury so if you go fury, use desperation. Felicia should fall into desperation range after 1 fight. I use cancel affinity purely because I’m tired of raven tones but again, that’s not necessary at all so don’t sweat that. If you do want to use gaurd then distant defense will work great with that, and you can stack that with the distant defense seal and become an insane enemy phase tank.
