Mixed Phase L!Ryoma

My friend recently pulled a +Atk/-HP Legendary Ryoma (legit right when the event started), and I'm trying to come up with a build for him. Problem is, he doesn't have the resources to run anything like Firesweep Sword, Brave Sword, Slaying Edge, etc since he's F2P like I am. I was wondering what kind of ideas you guys would have for a Mixed Phase Legendary Ryoma, keeping his Raijinto. Does he still have enough potential for mixed/enemy phase? (And would you keep Bushido or trade it for Vantage?)

I guess your friend doesn't have enough feathers to 5* someone to fodder off for Firesweep/Brave Sword/etc?

I guess they could go with Raijinto/Kestrel Stance/Bushido. Maybe Atk Smoke or whatever (The C slot is flexible) and maybe Close/Distant Defense?

I don't really know what skills your friend has access to, and not having feathers to 5* a unit for fodder kinda limits just what you can build, even if you're just keeping the weapon but want to change the skills.

I mean, he technically COULD five-star someone to give Firesweep to him. He's just not as willing to sacrifice five-stars for the sake of skill inheritance as I am. He's usually not into super-heavy investment. I could try asking him about what he thinks later today.

I'd personally maybe go with something like fury with vantage, giving him more offensive and defensive stats as well as bringing him somewhere near the vantage range and for seal maybe close defense/ distant defense and maybe a glimmer for his special, if we are talking about the F2P skills that is.

if he wants to use Iotes shield as the sacred seal, just switch out Luna for Moonbow
