Mirror strike 2 or Atk Ploy 2 to who?

As you may expect, Oliver's battle was kinda easy to do cause Fjorm just tanks the freaking world. Since i was able to collect all three Olivers (and since i have better blue mages than him) i wanted to bring only one Oliver to 5* just for catalog completion while the others off to foddering purpose. Granted the 4* only has Mirror Strike 2 and Atk Ploy 2. Normally incomplete versions of a passive really bothers me but i can still inherit it. But i can't quite decide to who. Who do you say can be good candidates for those skills?

honestly there is nobody that absolutely wants those skills right now, especially since we have the attack ploy seal, so i would just wait for now
Mirror strike is really only good on someone who is only a mage counter so you can hit them and take little damage from the counter, although there are brave lance users that come to mind where they dont need more attack but want more Res for a special like Iceberg (est comes to mind) although you would probably be better off using death blow unless its for arena points
and as i said there isn't much of a reason to run attack ploy as a C-Slot untill we get another ploy seal (maybe in this TT mini)

Felicia is a great option to use both. Otherwise Micaiah or Lilina. You can inherit 3/5 of these two skill trees by sacrificing a Sophia for warding blow to your target, eg then you can inherit mirror blow 1-2 and atk ploy 1.
If none of those options are appealing, forget about the res boost and think about it as death blow 2 and give it to the usual suspects in that department: brave weapon users and your units with the highest attack and 'effective against' bonuses.
