Minverva Brave Axe+

So, after finding out that Goad Flier will stack multiple times, I've decided to try out a Flier team. +12 to speed will bring it up to 45 with Life and Death. This is, without doubt, a great speed for any unit, let alone a Brave one.

So, the issue becomes when she is not getting the full 12 point buff, or when she is being attacked. In this cause, her unique weapon would be far superior. That said, I'm just wonder what everyone thinks wouls work best here.

I'll be running Palla, Camilla, and Cordellia as well. I could replace any of these with Catria or Michalis, though I don't see them as being nearly as useful in this team.

Spring Camilla or Regular Camilla?
Do you not like Est or Cherche?
I'm aiming for the same goal. Though I am using different fliers. So the first thing I worry about is activating all 3 goad fliers.

Regular Camilla. I didn't bother with S!Banner because I was saving my orbs for other units (like my recent Hector) even though I really wanyed her.

I don't much like Est. Cordelia is a much better unit all around. My 5* Cherche has awful IVs. On top of that, the speed boost from Goad Fliers still isn't enough to prevent top tier units from doubling her, so it is wasted, I feel like. Hence why I feel for a Goad Flier Team, Minerva is a better fit.

I will try to make my response concise, since I tend to go overboard when I talk about topics I find interesting.

Est: That's fine, I brought her up because she has the highest atk stat within Lance Fliers, She shares 35 Neutral Atk stat with Hinoka and Cordelia, though I would say Cordelia is the best Lance Flier, I brought her up not to replace her, but give an alternative to your double axe decision.

Cherche: Don't look at her defensively, with good positioning she destroys several units with no buffs.

I like her with a regular weapon in your situation. If you're getting her to 45 speed with the -5 penalty, it seems that she would double hit without the brave weapon, and her att should be high enough that she wouldn't need to quad hit to get a kill.

Depending on your situation, a killer ax, hammer, silver axe or carrot axe would seem the way to go.

Her regular weapon is a Killer Axe with 16 mt. But agreed, I'd say Hauteclere is probably a better weapon choice than brave axe.

She has a awesome axe that it's a shame not to use it. I'd say the more important thing is to choose your special carefully. Dragon force becomes 2 CD and moonbow becomes 1 CD brings a lot of possibility especially if you know you will always attack twice with a high speed.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone. Grateful and appreciated. I guess my thought of the Brave Axe was, more than getting quad, she'd get two hits in first, allowing her to kill a lot of units without taking damage.

That said, I think you guys have convinced me. I'll run her unique and add Moonbow and Vantage as her other offensive options.

If you want a Quad Flier, consider Caeda with a Speed Boon, that was my original plan. She has 40 Speed w/ Boon. Easier to activate, doesn't need to rely on Goad Flier.
