What's everyone's team going to be for Takumi's trial? Mine will be Black Knight, New Year Azura, New Year Camilla, and Sakura. Reasons are:
Black Knight has always been a staple member in the Trials after getting him, being a good physical wall. He's also there to help his support partner out. In future trials though his unmasked self might take over due to better physical bulk and power, but for now I'm going with one of my main Armor units.
Sakura is the designated medic ever since Hector's Mini Tempest Trial and has helped out so much in the long run. I just recently promoted her for 19,100 feathers(merging same rarity units reduces the cost of feathers) and then merged a Spd- 5-star version that pity broke me looking for Sothe. She's in need of training, so this trial is to build her up. Sakura is also Black Knight's support partner, providing boosts to both Defense and Resistance with Fortify skill+seal while also healing him up to take even more hits.
Azura is the dancer, no questions asked. She's there for SP grinding since she finally got Moonbow to use, but lacks SP after getting Wings of Mercy 3 and Fury 3. She's also extra support for Camilla thanks to Hone Fliers.
Camilla is the sweeper thanks to the Firesweep Sword+ she got from a bad IV 4-star Soleil. She's there to nuke stragglers or weaken blue units enough for Azura to go in for the kill.
Until new years corrin for the bigger bonus:
Ryoma (20% bonus and TT buffs seem beast for his offense)
BIke (physical aether tank)
Reinhardt (because why not speed through with a little double tap zap)
Bridal Lyn (heal/buff support and the occasional razzle dazzle attack)
I don't have one team I will use the whole TT. I prefer to farm hm for heroes that aren't capped yet. So I will have many different teams. I have a plan in place as seen below.
NY Camilla will be on the team till I cap her HM. Eirika/Linde, Nino/Ephraim, Tharja/PAzura for the desperation bladetome carry until they are capped(each only need 1000hm). 4th will be a dancer(except with Tharja team). For the last 1000 just 3 heroes that need the hm. Then Corrin will be the bonus unit and 3 others that need hm . Rinse and repeat with Sakura and Hinoka until they cap hm. Then back to Camilla and 3 that need the hm.
Camilla is my 40% unit and only choice for it, sadly she has +HP, -Def so I'm going to use her as support/first aid rather than bringing a proper healer, so Camilla has her base kit +Renewal 3 and Ardent Sacrifice.
Catria (+Def-Spd) Who started to really shine with weapon refinement since she now has a +Def slaying lance to bring her Defense up to 36 and outpace Michalis. Though I don't have firesweep weapons for her, she does have armored blow+drag back, and Iote's shield in her seal slot to let her take arrows.
Michalis with his base kit. Weapon also refined for effect, so he has moonbow rather than bonfire so he can pop it often, and QR.
And Halloween Nowi to give the team some much needed magic damage. Will have either Vantage or Renewal in her B slot. If I feel like this team is failing I'll probably swap her out for Lachesis to give the team a real healer.

This worked pretty well for me for autobattling lower level Lunatic with ocaissional deaths, so I'm gonna try it out again. If there are trenches tho, Brave Lyn is screwed XD
I'll go with NY!Takumi, since he's the only one I got (pulled two, but used one for fodder) and his kit is actually good, he's +HP -Res but at least his Atk and Spd aren't affected. I might use NY!Corrin once I get him.
Brave Lucina to buff her teammates and to max HM since she was already at 3,000. Also, she has Summoner Support so she's the strongest unit in the team.
A dancer, I'm between PA!Azura and Olivia but I think I will go with Olivia because she has a refined Wo Dao+/Moonbow combo and I want to max HM. PA!Azura has 3,000 HM so she will be there later.
I'm going to use Sakura, too. I have a +Atk -Def that I'm planning to use and this is the perfect occasion to do it.
