Minerva + Wrath?

I'd personally stick with Cherche, but it depends on Minerva's stats and special.

I want to do the same thing with Minerva but sadly fliers can not learn Wrath: only available on melee infantry and melee armors

Minerva would be a powerful user of it with her legendary weapon but Wrath is Infantry and Armor only.
