Mildly Dangerous Kaze Builds

So i looked at a 3* Kaze and said "OK this boy will be cool". Then slammy whammy i came up with this genius little build. Alternatively for the A-Slot I have Mirror Strike, and for the B-Slot i also have Chill Def. I would like recommendations to improve green Saizo to be the best he can be.

What are you trying to kill with 43 atk?

What if i said nothing at all? He could be the best debuff bot ever. Besides brave veronica. and Sothe. and i think smoke dagger users. The point is to be a good happy friend for possibly an arena core considering a loki is pulled, or just to goof in aether raids and blessings maps.

Then why starfish instead of smoke dagger or Kagero's juice bottle?

Starfish + Mystic Boost is counter productive since it will take him out of the threshold. If you are going to run it, you should use fury in the A slot so he at least isn't healing himself.
