Michalis build

What's the best A slot for him? I've been keeping Iote's Shield but he's still beaten down by mages and archers in the meta. I want to put him in flier team as soon as I get the right units.

Iote's Shield is usually his go-to skill since he's pretty tanky in a flier team. If he gets exposed to Fortify fliers he'll be a great wall for the team.

Michalis isn't a unit you should be tanking magic with. On a flier team he is fine to tank archers with Iotes shield.

Narcian is a good flying magic tank if you were looking for one. He walls blues and can handle green mages if you chuck g tome on him.
