Michaelis, Ursula or Kagero

+attack Kagero and the others are neutral

I was wondering who would be the best to upgrade to 5*, principally I'm thorn between Kagero and Ursula, mostly because I heard Ursula can be very good on a cavalry team

Ursula needs Blárblade+ to be any good, that's when she shines in cavalry teams with their exclusive buffing skills. If you have all of that available, you should definitely upgrade her. Otherwise, go for +Att Kagero, she is extremely good (she was the first unit I upgraded to 5*).

Michalis would be a perfect unit with wary fighter but you cant have it because he is not an armor unit. All sworduser and mages would double attack michales doing a lot of damage to him so he is not worth it at all.
