Micaiah +atk / -res or +res / -hp

I'm not really sure which one should I merge with. Should I stay with the +res/-hp and having a mage tank or should I go with the +atk/-res to hit hard ?

+Atk is definitely better, as Micaiah's tome gives her Res +3 so her Res will still be a whopping 35 even with a bane for it.

If I could choose Micaiah IV's, I can say I'd pick +Atk -Res over +Atk -Def, so that IV is one of the top 3 for Micaiah.
