Micaiah +2 +Spd/-Res or +Res/-Spd?

So i can do a micaiah +2 with those spread IVs. But I don't know which one keep. I hope you guys can help me out. So +Spd with LND3+Spd Seal 3 can have 40 Spd. Enough to double some units. But none of the current speedy heroes. So +Res can be so bulky with 42 res and she can even double with the Gamepress build. But to be honest I don't know what to do, mostly because her speed is so low for the +Res, and even the +Spd needs a little investment. So which one should i keep? I appreciate the help. Depends on the way of play or in what is missing on your team, i pass for some similar with my +Atk -Spd Micaiah, not sure if run as Player Phase or Opponent Phase unit .
I chose Opponent phase and use as magic tank

with your options I would choose
+Res, the Spd is not to low but not the best.
At least she can work as a very good magic wall and bait Blue/Red Magic unit like w-Tharja/Tharja Reinhard and kill without take damage, and you still on QR Range

distant Defense 3
Guard3*/SwordBraker3**
Drive Atk
QR-3 Seal

*Survive and delay low charge special(Reindehart/B-Lynn)

For me as long as she wasnt -atk or res i was good but this is the build i use

I think it's better to keep her bulk, meaning she wouldn't mind a speed bane in defensive builds. I don't know how that speed bane will affect Brashperation builds.

Thank you guys. I decided to go +Res. I think it's better and besides 40 speed will not be useful at this time. A lot of units surpass the 45 so I don't see the +Spd will worth it. Thank you, this is my new Micaiah.
