mia vs ayra. both have bad IVs

Ok. my mia is -atk +def. my ayra is -spd +def. both banes are fixed by their weapons but who's better? i already invested in ayra with a basic swift sparrow desperation build and she still wrecks. will investing in mia be worth it?
