Hard to find a place, but if several units are trying to use flashing blade one of them could consider using it as an A-skill.

If you saw my attempt to make a debuffer impossible to one-round despite QR/vengeful ignis and stuff like that using miracle, flashing blade is a very viable A-skill if you're trying to use smokes in the seals. It was one of my less successful creative attempts, but I think something did come of it.
