Mia or Leif?

Just got a -ATK/+HP Mia and a -DEF/+SPD Leif - should I give Leif Mia's flashing blade? -ATK on Mia feels a little disappointing, especially since I have a +1 Life and Death Soleil already. How should I build both of these units?

(Also, I have a -SPD Spring Catria. Should I give Leif her Chill Res?)

JK IMO keep both cause both don't have skills that can be beneficial to the other( and Like seriously are you new or are you making a troll build?)
Chill res should be on units that deal magic damage. and Mia is still good with -atk since her best stat is her spd(if her spd is untouched she's useable) and Leif his best stat is Def for the weapon effect(his weapon effect is so weird that it's hard to understand but it's basically just higher def=higher dmg).
Make them learn their skills and lvl 40 them(if you're not gonna use them that often then that's my advice)
