Mia, no longer the fastest.

So with Karla released She is the fastest unit with a +spd IV.
and with 35 atk Karla has more atk than Mia.

So does this mean Mia is Powercreeped when Mia herself is power creep?
IMO NO.

Karla is definitely not a case of powercreep. All the other high tier fast swords can keep up with her and they all excel in slightly different situations. Karla just has her stats completely min-maxed for pure offense.

Well, Karla's weapon is even better than Mia's, but Mia's defensive stats are much better... I think they are about even. (Karla is better in the player phase, Mia in the enemy phase)

As for power creep... I really like how IS has been handling it in the past few months. I only started playing two months ago, but at least since then every new unit has been useful, but none was so OP that they raised the bar for everyone else. (like apparently happened when Ayra was released, for example)

This might not incentivize much change in the upper tiers in Arena, (since a supermerged unit will always perform better than a newer one unless it's seriously powercreeped) but it's much better than turning it in a competition to see which whale can get the newest unit to +10 faster.

It's also really cool that most units have come with good skills that are synergistic with their stats, so us f2p players don't have to use a bunch of units as fodder in order to build them up.
