Do you have a method to mount a character quickly to level 40?

What I generally do is pick a map around the level of the unit who needs levels, and go with buffs and 1-2 dancers. Or a dancer with a healer if necessary. It's a process of only making that one unit kill everything for maximum experience.

Think you can get from 1-40 this way from special training maps within 1-2 stamina potion range, without EXP + passives. But I could be wrong.

You don't even need a stamina potion. You just need to complete every map up to the last 1 time and the last map 2 times. If the unit is taking all the kills, it will reach 40 by then (60 stamina). This method is also good for farming SP, but useless for raising support.
