Merge which?

So I pulled a Sanaki on my free summon, +Res, -Atk. The thing is, I already have a +Def, -Res Sanaki built. I know the latter Sanaki has a pretty crappy IVs, but the -Atk on the first one isn't exactly a winner either. Which one should I use?
