Merge PA Olivia or inherit DD?

I got an extra with that 5 free orbs. She's the only PA unit I don't have merged, but DD is such a nice A slot to give. My Xander already has it from an extra Celica I got months ago and my Black Knight has Steady Breath thanks to an Ike summoned from the PA banner. Of any units I have presently it's most welcomed on Niles, someone I'm willing to build as a "screw tier lists, he's a favorite of mine". I have everything else for a mage bait Niles provided I promote some units so it's not a horrible idea.

So do I make my +spd -res Olivia a +1 (new one is +hp -atk btw), do I give DD to Niles, or do I hold onto her to put on some future unit that might love it?

Same question here.

I've been testing for a few hours a DD3 Seal on my Raven Sanaki, and it's been working wonders ... So maybe I should inherit that DD from my second POlivia instead of merging. Her stats are crap anyway, she won't be killing anything ...

Next question is : who to give distant defense ?
One of those inbuilt DC seems like a very good option.

BK already has nice A Skill. I think Xander is the best choice since Camus is more of a player phase unit.
Can't really think of another proper unit ...

I'm not convinced about your Niles option ? Since he is slightly dangerous because of Glacies, so ranged units won't attack him usually anyway.

Fodder over merge for sure. She has much more value as a skill fodder than as a provider of 2 stats.

And as Night mentioned the ability to stack the skill itself with the Sacred Seal for a total of 12/12 against ranged units is insane.
