Merge or save for fodder?

I just got a Atk+ Spd- Hardin to replace my Hp+ Def- one. I have seen other people save their Hardins for bold fighter or Brazen Def/Res, but I don't know whether to keep it or just merge Hardin. I have 3 winter Lissas as well.

Merge.

Into the +hp/-deff.

+Hp/-Def is better for scoring because he stays in the 170 bin. +Atk/-Spd is pretty much the best overall IV choice for his performance.

Merge. He is one of the best units in the game (Top 5 for sure) and he sits in the highest BST bin for scoring purposes. You want him to be +10 eventually, if possible. Lissa lacks the distant counter and general availability that Hardin brings, so fodder her instead.
