Merge or Inherit Swift Sparrow

I just pulled another Spring Lucina (with bad IVs), a unit that's on my main team. Should I merge her with my one or pass on Swift Sparrow to Laslow? Laslow has Death Blow/Axebreaker/Hone Speed/Spd +1 and will get a Brave Sword as soon as I get another 20k feathers. Is Swift Sparrow worth it on my Laslow set or can I just boost my Spring Lucina?

I'd put Swift Sparrow on one of those Brave+ weapon users with high speed so they can perform quad attacks. A good roll Cordelia is one of the better candidate for this.
