Merge or inherit FB3?

I got my 3rd Mia after trying to get a bridal unit, sad. Nonetheless, she has worse IVs than the one I currently have. Should I merge her or save for Flashing Blade?

Merge. Flashing eats up the A slot so units who use it lose out on speed boosting skills like L&D or Swift Sparrow; the units who come with it by default are the best users of it anyways.
Also it MIGHT become a seal like HB did someday
