Merge or Fodder? Quick question

Pulled L!Ike and I wanna fodder for warding breath but his IVs are +ATK -SPD. Should merge into this one or can I fodder?

Is your current one the free neutral? The Atk is good, but I personally want to avoid a spd bane on him. You should keep him around in case an excellent unit could make use of WB very well.

Yea I only have the free neutral one atm. I gave him QR3 so to help with doubles. The new one seems "more optimal", but I'm not sure
