merge or fodder for L!Eirika and Flylivia?

so I yolo summoned an extra L!Eirika and Flylivia, +spd/-def both, and I have extras of both, +atk/-spd Flylivia and +hp/-spd L!Eirika. Should I merge or fodder? They both have premium skills and are good units (especially Flylivia). What are your guys' thoughts?

are your current ver. already built? because the ones you just pulled have much better IV's, it would be a shame to let atk/spd solo go to waste though.

Flylivia was originally +spd -def, just was too lazy to say haha my b. She has fury 3 and the rest of her base skills, and I'll give her a good special and seal when she has SP. Eirika I just leveled up and gave her A and B slots but I didn't bother with def wave since I wasn't planning on using her IVs. -spd Flylivia and +spd Eirika are still level 1 tho.
Have a very strong urge to fodder her to Ishtar or Elincia tho, and Chill Spd is very obnoxious in general. I also have a few flying units that could use Guidance, like B!Ninian +atk with Blarblade and Fury.
