Merge or fodder Eldigan?

I was trying for Ayra on the Tempest Trials banner and ended up getting Eldigan twice, who is a unit I already had. Before I kill myself, I'd like to know if it's a better idea to merge my three Eldigans or fodder then off for Fury. (I don't have a single Hinata.) My best IV Eldigan is +SPD -HP

Eldigan is a pretty great unit if you've an attack or defense boon, but even spd is ok too I guess. I'd merge him, as he has no useful SI other than Fury 3 (which you shouldn't fodder him for on principle alone).

My Eldigan is pretty good on my second horse emblem team, and he can actually double many units with a speed boon, reaching 41 speed with Fury and cavalry buffs. I don't think that merging him will help his stats that much though, and I need fodder for Fury 3 on many of my other units. I usually pick my +2 merged Brave Roy over him for my first choice sword cavalry unit.

It isn't worth it to get Fury 3 from him when you will get plenty of Hinatas in the future, Eldigan is a great unit and is 5* only. There is no reason not to merge.

I recommend that you merge him, since fury isn't necessarily hard to get, and Eldigan is a pretty powerful unit.

Eldigan is a lackluster sword cav. I wouldn't fault you for killing him off.
