Merge or Fodder?

So I was really lucky and got two Helbindis, one being +ATK -SPD (so glad) and the other being +ATK -HP. Should I merge the one with worse IVs with the better one or should I fodder him off for his A skill?

Fodder him off if you actually care about Arena scoring, and have plenty of green infantry units with less than 170 BST to capitalize on that skill.

I'd recommend saving the other one for now, +1 merge isn't really a worthwhile improvement in most cases compared to rare skills.
