Merge B!Lyn or fodder for Atk Smoke?

Recently I pulled a +RES/-SPD B!Lyn from the legendary banner, and I was going to merge her into my neutral IV 40+1 B!Lyn to 40+2 until I remembered she had Atk Smoke; I’m not sure whether I should fodder it off to my +10 Nowi for a good C skill (don’t have any others) or keep B!Lyn for something else. What do you guys think? ?

(Currently, my Nowi is +ATK/-HP and I’m waiting for a +ATK/-HP or a +DEF/-HP for better stats)

Answers

If you use lyn frequently, go for the merge
If you don't and think that nowi needs a c skill more, go for atk smoke on her(i'd personally use threaten attack instead)
