How about Clair? She now has a legendary weapon of her own and has good potential, currently trying to +10 her myself.

well i mean like, Clair is basically blue Caeda, and you barely see anyone using Caeda even with her upgrade, so i doubt Clair will get a sudden popularity surge

Probably because Flier Emblem isn't necessarily that popular of an Emblem team compared to Dragon Emblem, Armor Emblem, or even Horse Emblem, or at least I don't think it is.

Fliers only have one non-seasonal mage, about four red units (one being seasonal and another being 5* exclusive), and one colorless (only on B8 banners).

A lot of people say he's not that good but his Def can become really good.

After that just the obvious Virion and Laslow etc

How about Draug... or hang on, people probably use him fair bit since red armor is less common? I'll still say Draug, I've been pairing him up with Gwen and took a liking to him. :3

I gotta a really good one that I am working on currently, but the set I am using is hella expensive.(Don’t ask why I got drive atk 2 on her, I got 2 crappy leifs that I foddered.Felicia is also a really good underrated unit but she isn’t very good in the upper tiers except for facing low res or defense units.
