May I have your input please

Hello guys!!!!!!! good day to you. I have this grobin I would like to use into his full potential. currently, this is his build. As you can see he is an enemy phase kind of unit and heavily melee oriented. From his status and my experience, he receives a considerable amount of damage by mage and sometimes killing him instantly. I kinda thinking of giving him warding breath by I still have some consideration.

Also, I really really wanted this guy to be a player phase kind of unit but then I don't have armor march. Swap and reposition by other unit can help so much and he is lagging behind. hence, I made him specialized in enemy phase. Is there any other way to increase his mobility or be specialized as a player phase unit?

Here is my dragon boi in his full glory. please give me your wisdom. any input is very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

Bold Fighter and Armored Boots can turn him into a Player Phase Unit. I'd run Aether. As for his weaknesses, yeah. They exist. He isn't a win all unit. Carry a counter.

I mean if you want to be more of a player phrase unit bold fighter would probably (in my opinion) best choice and if you want him to tank some mages you can use the distant defenses seals and if you want mobility you can use the guidance seal with any flyers to provide some mobility

yeah i also thought about that but then i missed the opportunity to get the guidance seal. ugh i wish i can get it tho, i would slap it on my myrrh and she will be complete. Thank you so much for your input!!! v appreciated!!

Switching between Steady Breath or Warding Breath really depends on several factors. Steady Breath literally makes him a brick wall, but Warding Breath turns him into a mixed tank. And do you have any other units on his team that can deal with mages? Or do you want Robin's role as BOTH an effective close range/distant counter unit? They're both amazing, though.
Have you tried inheriting Pivot? You can also slap Bold Fighter onto B slot and a Quick Riposte seal. Very expensive, but also makes him a player and enemy phase unit. Distant Defense seal with Warding Breath works as well. Also try Armored Boots seal.
That's all that came out of my head for now. Best of luck!

He is a monstrosity with this build, being amazing in both phases. If you'd like him to tank mages better, just replace Steady Breath with Warding Breath. Both are quite good and really depend on your needs. Mine is +Def and can annihilate many sword units on either phase. My team has a Nowi, so red mages aren't an issue. Build him to your team strengths and fill in their weaknesses.

jaebrin, your robin was so similar with mine when i first build him lmao are our soul connected lmao. but instead of def tactic as his c skill i put ward armor because my team consists of hector, effie and brave lyn as support. I think I will try to experiment a bit with quick reposte seal. never have a chance to use it on him because mostly i use robin or hector as a bait, i find that vantage is much more overkill (?) i guess. I think i will definitely try slapping some riposte seal to this boi. Thank you so much for answering!

hello!!!!!! Thank you so much for answering!! I slapped and crammed bold fighter into his throat the moment i got him (goodbye lissa you will be missed) but then he was getting doubled and annihilated with mage before unleashing his aether thus i slapped him vantage as his b skill. quite a monster, killing mage instantly with his counter, etc but then I am still not satisfied that he is not a player phase kind of unit. Maybe it's just me being stupid and greedy lulz. But yeah I think I will experiment with armored boots seal and see how it goes. Thank you so much for your input!!!
