Maximizing my Fjorm support benefits

I'm looking for suggestions on who would be a good support partner for Fjorm. I want to be able to fully utilize the support system too. To start, I'm trying to pick one (or a few) units who could:
-Need/benefit from a water blessing for the HP and SPD boost
-Mutually benefit each other through Ally Support

I'm thinking Brave Ike or Eirika as good supports, but what would you think?

Brave Ike actually kind of likes getting doubled, so I wouldn't really recommend him necessarily

Arvis - his ploys can handicap attackers and make Fjorm more bulky when under attack and more powerful on the counter (though this may take away from power of ice mirror). He has good but not great 51/36 offensive spread; after drive attack, water blessing, and full ally support that is an excellent 56/41, or 55/40 from one space away, before buffs.
