Masked "Marth" Building

I have a 5 star Masked "Marth". However, I am not sure whether to promote my 4 star to a 5 star and have have the original 5 star merge with it since I already have a Ryoma, so I am not sure whether to keep Ryoma, or if I should promote the 4 star Masked "Marth". Thank you for reading this.

Depends on whether or not your Ryoma's nature is good or bad. If its good, then keep him because Masked Marth is neutral locked and Ryomas skill kit is extremely powerful on its own.

Is a Spd+ Res- nature alright?

It's pretty good yeah.

A +spd/-res is one of the best Ryoma natures, a 34/38 offensive in comparison to neutral Marth's 34/36. Invest in him instead since his legendary weapon with close counter is generally better and he comes with an already mostly viable skill set unless you are having trouble with dragons.

I agree on this. I have a +DEF -RES ryoma and he is doing great job. But honestly if he was +atk or +spd that would be wonderfull. So yeah go on with your ryoma. I reccommand fury / vantage if you can.
If you already leveld him up with defiant atk it's okay, build vantage first and you can wait to get SP back to get fury.
