Marcus unit idea

Marcus
Reliable Veteran
Move type: Cavalry
Hp: 38
Atk: 35
Spd: 26
Def: 26
Res: 30
BST: 155

Weapon: Rex Hasta - 16 mt, adds total bonuses on unit to damage dealt
Assist: Rally spectrum - Grants an adjacent ally Atk/Def/Spd/Res +2 until the end of the turn.

A: N/A
B: Canto - If unit attacks, unit can still use assist skills on adjacent units, and if unit didn't use full move and used an assist skill (before attack), unit can move remaining spaces.
C: Lead the Charge - If this unit is the first to move, moved at least 2 spaces, and is greater than or equal to 50% Hp, infantry allies within 4 spaces can move to a space adjacent to this unit. (Allies cannot attack enemies unless this unit attacks or if that enemy was already in their range)

Seems like it's the unit that ends arena runs in 1 turn, and takes the disadvantage of being infantry away since they can move 4+ spaces in a turn. Positioning is key though.

The thing is, though, that they cannot attack unless he also attacks, and first turn attacks generally are not possible without a horse with two range. This means that when it happens on defense, you will get first strike. And as you said, positioning is key. This was meant to be an offensive ability. It probably wouldnt work well on defense because of the AI.

Will he be on a banner with Sain?

Nice build idea! Though, I would hope that he would come with a movement assist. Not because of SI, but just because he would always save and carry my units in FE6 & FE7 :)
