Making Niles a Good Unit

Earlier last night, I posted a question asking about how I could improve my +5, death blow/desperation/drive spd Niles. I thought about the suggestions given to me, and tried to do the best that I could.

This is my improved Niles. I would have given him fury 3 and spd+3 if I had them, but even so I had to sacrifice my last Legion to give him Fury 2. I also might have given him SB, but I don't have that fodder either. Swift Sparrow was another suggestion, and I might give it to him if I get another SF Nino.

Anyway, other then upgrading the A skill and Seal (and getting him to +10), is there anything else I can do to improve him? I miss him having the DB3, but I guess it was a necessary change. Thanks!
