Mageblade Cavalry (who gets Hone and Fortify?)

__As the name suggest, I want to do a Mageblade Cavalry team centered around Ursula and +Spd -Res Cecilia.
____I also have +Spd -Def Cecilia and Neutral Cecilia, but with the team centering around two physically frail mages...
__For a red unit, I'm thinking maybe +Res -HP Leo (shit I know), but more likely Xander.
__The last spot is for a bonus hero, but if anyone wants to suggest a cavalry lancer or troubadour, I'm listening.

__The main issue I'm wrestling with though is who gets Hone and Fortify? Who will need what stats boosted and who will be side by side when the turn starts?

The way it's usually done is to just simply give two of them fortify, and two of them hone, while keeping them in a square formation. This way everyone gets all the buffs. The way I did it specifically was giving the unit the opposite of which buffs they'd appreciate the most, just in case the have to break formation. For example, I gave Ursula Fortify, since she would much rather have a Hone buff on her, and I gave Xander Hone, since he usually likes to bait and take hits. Hopefully this was helpful.
