Mage IV Help

So I've been fortunate to get the following mages but am having trouble deciding which IVs to go for.

Micaiah: +Def -Spd / +Spd -Atk
Delthea: +Atk -Res / +Spd -Atk
LALilina: +Atk -Res / +Atk -HP

Also is it worth investing into a Fae if I have a +Def -HP Myrrh?
I currently have 10 Faes available (no feathers though).

Are you planning on making a +10 5 star Fae or a +10 four star?

In the long run I could make a 5 star plus ten of her but would a 4 star plus ten give a decent arena score better than Myrrh?

If u plan a BA desp build for macaiah...+spd is better imo so she can take care of eary fighter units. But the -spd shouldnt be a problem with fury or with spd buffs.

Delthea: idk either

Lilina: -hp +atk

Ye shes worth it, they both have slighly different roles....but is she necessary? If you dont actually need her or plan to make her +10 for arena score then shes not worth the investment

Thanks for the help. Yeah true BA Desp could be good actually but I would lose damage going with +Spd so that's the only concern. -Spd is a super bane unforunately but yeah can patch it up.

At this point Fae isn't necessary as I have a core in Ninian, ATiki, and Hardin but thought she could be an interesting merge project.

As far as Micaiah goes, I have a +Def -Spd and she's amazing. I put Thani, Draw Back, Glacies, Fury 3, Lancebreaker, Threaten Res, and Atk Ploy 3 on her. The extra defense she gets allows her to successfully bait a Brave Lyn and one shot her on the return attack. She's also a hard counter to Reinhardt too if you care about that.
