If Lyn has SolKatti (+eff) and Vantage 3 as a b passive, will the built-in Desperation 3 in Sol Katti stack with Vantage 3?

Nop. Very sadly they will not. She will not counter first with two attacks, Vantage and Desperation do not stack. However it is still usable.

Maybe?. there were discussions about it when weapon refinery was released

Never has. Still doesn't work. I have Lyn, I know why I use her other forms.

Desperation only works when initiating, although it is not expecially written on the ability itself

Lyn with vantage and savage blow for rival domain ?
