Lute +Speed -Def

After spending about 25 more orbs going for Red orbs, I was met with no reds and 3 blues, I summon on one of those blues and get this Lute. IDK how to build her, but at least she has great IVs (maybe even optimal IVs?)

A pretty cheap but reliable build (especially for those IVs) is Weirding Tome, Reposition / Draw Back, Moonbow, Fury 3, Desperation 3, Res Ploy 3, and Flashing Blade 3 SS.
After her HP reaches ≤ 75% and if she's initiating combat, she'll immediately follow up with her Special (pretty consistently).
