I think the new B skill of spring Catria is pretty interesting for my Fury built Lute. She could debuff (now yes) every stat with her tme (debuffs Speed), Schill Resistence and Ardid Attack on C slot. I usually use Speed +3 as SS and she gets 43 spd.
The problem is, should I keep her Desperation on B slot? Slmetimes Desperation saves her or makes she can ORKO the enemies without counterattack.
But the 3 buffs in Res Attack and Spd sounds interesting and she could keep the +3 spd SS...
Consider how Chill Res works: it always works on one (or more) specific heroes. So in fact it does not matter who has this skill, it's not necessarily Lute who needs to wield it.
I'd say just give it to the hero with the least useful B-Slot. If that's Lute in your opinion, go for it. This skill is very likely a valuable addition to your team.
