Luna Vs. Glimmer Vs. Reprisal Inheritance

Heyo, just wondering which skill is better for Ryoma/Lucina. In case stats come into play - both have the same IV spread [+spd/-res]. I'm sorta leaning towards Luna but just wanted some second opinions.

Luna (3 Turns): Resolve combat as if the foe suffered Def/Res -50%
Glimmer (3 Turns): Grants +50% to damage dealt
Reprisal (2 Turns): Grants bonus to damage dealt equal to 30% of damage suffered [Note: I'm guessing this might not be that useful on Lucina due to the Renewal 2 passive on Falchion proc'ing, which would lower the damage]

Luna is the best. Both Ryoma and Lucina has high enough ATK to take out most low DEF units with just normal attack. When you actually need your special its going to be on a high DEF unit.

For Lucina, it's relatively simple to define which one is better - basically, both Luna and Glimmer deal the "same" bonus damage vs enemies with 25 def, 30 def if they are green or 20 if they are blue (at, respectively, 12.5, 15 and 10 extra damge, respectively). Are you gearing her towards one-shooting low def enemies? take Glimmer. Do you want her to take down high def targets? take Luna.

In Ryoma's case, it's a bit more convoluted. As raijinto can counter both in close and long range, and he already has defiant attack, vantage is quite an obvious skill for him, and in this case Reprisal seems like a very good deal - but it's very risky, as you need to get him to ~10 HP to make the most out of Reprisal compared to the other two.

Overall, I'd say that Luna is the safest choice.
