Lucky Pitybreakers

I summoned a +Atk -Res Delthela and -Atk +Def Nephenee (for fodder) while summoning for B! Ninian.
I know what I'll be doing with Nephenee but should I merge the +atk -Res Delthela into the one I own (Neutral)
