2x inigo and azura

inigo +atk -hp
+atk -speed
azura
+rez -atk
+hp speed

currently, have an armor emblem BK hector effie with dc the 4th char is rein that's what i use on def

what do i use inigo or azura for?
i sometimes use hector inigo rein bk on attacking in arena feel like i could have better set up which iv are the best? and do i merge them or who? the only char i have Triangle Adept 3 is the azura(performance) and might promote cecilla for the gronraven+ to give inigo. or should i use azura as my dancer?
also have a ike +def -res +1
