Lucina and Hector

Well since it was the last day of the Fallen Banner i tried to yolo summon for Grima in hope to get him. In the end i pulled my first Lucina and a Hector. While i already have an Hector, they share the same bane in res but the one i pulled today has +HP while the other is +Def. Should i just merge them or fodder off the +HP one for DC on someone (haven't decided yet but the candidates are my +Atk -HP Alm, +Atk - Res F!Celica, +Atk -Res Corrin (F) and +Atk -Def Marth). As for Lucina i'm conflicted cause she's -Atk +Def but she's also the first one i've ever pulled. I could bring her up to Lv. 40 for Catalog and then fodder her off for Aether (F!Celica is watching her alongside Valter, Ninian and Marth). So, what do you guys say?

I would definitely ( in my opinion) not to merge Hector because DC is such a good skill and can be used on many unit

No to the Hector merge. Personally, I say 40 Lucy and keep her, but y'know, it's me. If you're sold on foddering her, may as well at least get the completionist stuff out of the way. She can still be a godsend in arena with all of the dragon emblems running around!

Personally, I'd recommend against foddering Lucina because in arena assault where you're plagued with disgusting numbers of dragons, having an extra Falchion user in your arsenal to deal with their shit makes life a lot easier clearing through...

Also, Chrom exists as a 4* unit if you are in need of aether fodders whereas Lucina doesn't, but if you don't value the rarity of a 5* exclusive unit then it's up to you if really want to fodder her off.
