She scores better in Arena by hitting the new 180 BST bin and having a unique C skill, and has better mixed bulk than him. Seeing from you using BK and M!Grima, she'll probably be better, for those two are mostly physical tanks, whereas she'll be able to take hits on the magical side much better than either of the two.
They'll be pretty darn close. Seeing as both have 1-2 range, I'd put them both on your team. They're both fantastic walls. Hector has a bit better Defense thanks to Ostian Counter, but Tiki will really clean up units like Brave Lyn easily. (Though you do already have Grima.) If your QR seal is free, give it to Tiki and both her and Hector will perform excellently.
