L!Ryoma IVs

I've had one that's +Def -Atk but I got another for my free summon that's +Atk -Spd.
Which would be better to use?

I would go +Atk/-Spd

He has plenty of spd. Even with a bane he has 36 spd, 1 more than OG Ryoma. Plus he has access to Hone Fliers and it is harder to make use of excess spd than excess Atk.
