The lone Ranger

With a recent merge project done, I am looking for units to invest in next.

I do have a small list already, but a standout example is Jeorge.
A unit I feel has potential, but whom I never hear people talk about.

I also have a few premium skills waiting, like a atk/res solo and a atk wave. So I made a build out of it.

When baiting his def/res will reach 34/34. Which is respectable, if not too amazing. But it's not a build focussed on tanking.
It's made to work with Parthia to allow him to bait 'n kill without being a wreck after one fight.

His Parthia does two things: Tome attacks are reduced by 30%.
That's not a super high number, so I feel boosting his res isn't a bad idea.
Secondly, and more importantly, Jeorge gains 6 attack agaist any ranged foe. Combined with the easy to use solo skill and he'll change his rather low 46 atk into a good 58. 64 with the buff.

Some concerns:

-His speed isn't too high, so he risks doubles from faster units.
Some ways to fix it is using a spd boon or spd wave instead. But I fear dropping bulk or atk might not be ideal.

-His bulk might fall short. He's no tank, and never will be. So maybe trying to give him bulk is a wasted efford.

-It's not worth the cost. Mostly talking about atk/res solo. It is a very rare skill after all. And strong.

I am open for alternate surgestions for Jeorge.
Also other ideas for atk/res solo are also welcome.
