-atk isn’t good, but a speed boon makes for interesting horse related application. Use him.

At the very least it's a +spd. I have a -atk +Hp E!Chrom. He destroys mostly everything on the map in TT killing even blues. Hitting crazy 3 digits on green dragons in TT Infernal and wiping them off the surface of the Earth like Sealed falchion is Saber's EXCALIBUR! Been using him as an arena unit too and I have to say he does not disappoint!

I even use -atk +spd refined Alm non merged to kill Bold Fighter Grimas +10 on Arena Assault.

Of course he's worth keeping.
Not to mention the plethora of ways of fixing it, the easiest one being a Hone Cavalry.

Being a Cavalry unit, I just add +6 to all his bases since I always have them fully buffed, then he also gets +5 from his Falchion

And since his Attack Bane isnt a Superbane like most of his other banes, I honestly think that -Atk is his best Bane, since him having +8 attack instead of +11 attack doesnt matter too much anyway, and the extra speed helps a lot

At least he’s +Spd, which imo is his best boon due to reaching 45 w/fury, horse buffs, and the sealed falchion effect
