LnD Kagero (Please Help)

So with the 20 orbs, I finally broke my spring pity rate with Kagero! However, she is HP+ SPD-... I was wondering if LnD would be a good choice to help fix her stats as I've two spare Sothes.

Any help is welcome,

L&D would do fine, you could also refine her dagger with a speed upgrade and put a speed seal on to bring her speed to 42. but all things considered, if either of those sothes have good ivs, you might want to build him instead.
