L!Marth's question + choice of skill

Finally got him on one last yolo summon :+Spd-Hp
I still dont get the effect of his Falchion though : does it double the value of visible boosts or the ones in combat only? Just tried him with PA! Azura's boost and it doesnt seem to have been doubled
And while I wont change his B-skill, I wonder what A would you give him? Sure his Bond is good but there could be a better A for him (Fury, while he makes use of every stat, would not make him justice, and he's definitely not cut off for DC)
